From the TH Instagram post: Banana Daiquiri Milkstave IPA is an Oak Fermented Sour Milkshake IPA brewed to the same base recipe as our Milkshake IPAs (the oats, the wheat, the lactose sugar), but fermented in a French oak foudre with our Magickal mixed culture. This iteration – inspired by the decadent tiki drinks we wish we were sipping right now – was conditioned atop heaps of banana, coconut and lime, as well as Madagascar vanilla beans, then dry hopped intensely with Citra and Mosaic. Notes of kumquat, toasted coconut, flambéd banana, and cherry limeade." Nice, tart, no haze at all.
