Cream Team Space Food Cotton Candy Space Cookie ON THE BEACH Double Milkshake IPA is A MAJOR Collaborative Space Food Double IPA. An installment in a series originally brewed in Sweden with our buds at Omnipollo and Monkish Brewing (aka, the Cream Team). Brewed with a most prodigious quantity of fluffy oats, fresh house-made Space Cookies (simply wheat, sugar, and coconut), lactose, and a carnival's worth of cotton candy (spun cane sugar). Conditioned atop a ton of blood orange, peach, and cranberry, as well as a silly amount of Madagascar vanilla beans. Gratuitously dry-hopped with bright and punchy Citra & Mosaic from our most recent selections out West. Notes of mango nectar, very ripe drippy peaches, tiki drink slushees, and beach side cocktails in the early afternoon heat.

16 oz. can. Pours with so many chunks. Like a nitro stout settling, but it's just chunks of... something. Smells of grapefruit and sugary candy, I guess maybe cotton candy. Tastes of sweet and sour citrus. Like sour orange with some creaminess in the back. Notes of vanilla and cotton candy in the back. Medium heavy. Not really sure why it needs to be sour. It's not good, but it's not totally undrinkable either.
