From the TH Instagram post: “ Funny Lil' Piggy is just yr funny lil' piggy brewed with a hefty grist of American two row barley and malted wheat, and hopped in the whirlpool with an excess of Australian Ella. Fermented with our favored Ale strain, and dry hopped to the gills with more of that ethereal Aussie Ella, and a splash of pungent Citra for good measure. 11.1% abv. Notes of pineapple water ice, peaches n cream, fresh baked honeybuns, and that classic down under tropical breeze we love from those Aussie hops =) Artwork by Jean, and two of our favorite Keiths in the whole wide world.” A fine TIPA a little heat from the high ABV.

Poured from a 16 oz can into a Dogfish Head tulip
L: Hazed golden amber pour with thick creamy white head. Great retention and lacing.
S: Citrus and rind. Fresh fruit and booze.
T.F: Semi-sweet up front. Honey, lemon citrus, grapefruit peel, mint, tea, and pineapple. Dank... creamy mouthfeel. Medium to thick bodied. Smooth... warming and a bit boozy.
O: A big boozy TIPA. Great flavor... surprisingly drinkable. Enjoyable beer.
