Thick cloudy golden in body topped this marshmallow head. Aroma of citrus, coconut, mango, papaya, and mild vanilla. Tastes of citrus, papaya, coconut, vanilla, some hop bitterness towards the end. Thick bodied with medium carbonation.

 

From the TH Instagram post: “Brewed with an abundance of fluffy malted oats as well as coconut oil, and intentionally not boiled with any of the kettle addition hops in an effort to minimize any and all bitterness. Dry hopped through a process we like to experiment with which sees hops added every dang day throughout fermentation in order to fully saturate the liquid with a bright & pungent blend of Motueka, Simcoe, and Ella. Then conditioned atop a bounty of pineapple purée. Incredibly soft & delicate while packing an enormous punch of mind melding flavors. 7.0% abv. Notes of pineapple shaved ice, tangy fruit punch bubblegum, crispy coconut biscuits, a lil scoop of rainbow sherbet, and some cozy piña coladas by the fire pit =)”. Delicious!
