A mature Sour Golden Ale brewed in July 2016 with wheat and oats, amd lightly hopped with a blend of Simcoe and Amarillo. Primary fermented in two large oak puncheons with a house ale strain. Secondary fermentation occurred with our Magickal Saison yeast and mixed cultures. An exercise in time and patience, this beer was bottled in February 2018. Refermented in the bottle for natural carbonation and conditioned for over 2 years before release.
