From the TH Instagram post: “ Yellow Eyes is a Double IPA brewed with heavy amounts of flaked wheat, and hopped agressively in the whirlpool with French Barbe Rouge. Fermented with our expressive house Ale yeast, and dry hopped at an alarming rate with more French Barbe Rouge, as well as US Centennial and Citra, and Aussie Galaxy. 9.1% ABV. Notes of dense peach nectar, dried mango slices, hot boxing at the local Rita’s in the summer, and deep dank resinous pine. ” Very nice.
