From the TH Instagram post: “ Brewed with a plethora of Wheat & Oats, this IPA was originally dreamt up over at the BrewCafé under Jean’s tutelage just a couple months ago. Unreleased because, to be honest, we loved it so much we kept it for ourselves, we decided to scale it up and give it a proper release. Double Dry Hopped to the Heavens with fresh & pungent Idaho 7 (a burgeoning favorite of ours around these parts) as well as the almighty Simcoe (our forever favorite!) 5.7% abv. Notes of tropical rainforest morning dew, stone fruit spritz, fresh cut grass, and fresh pressed mandarin oranges.” Lots of flavor with a light ABV. Excellent.
