From a 16oz can dated 11/17/2020. From the TH Instagram post: “The Tree from which the Yolk Dripped is our Riwaka, Citra & Simcoe Double IPA built on a sturdy Double IPA base containing oats & spelt. Fermented with our expressive house Ale strain, and heavily dry hopped with Riwaka from our New Zealand selections, as well as Citra and Simcoe from our US selections. 8.5% ABV. Notes of juicy drippy cantaloupe smoothies, lychee gummies, lemon-cookie batter, mango powder, and just enough grapefruit pith.” Delicious.
