From the TH Instagram post: “ Premeditation is a Vic Secret & Enigma IPA built with a meaningful proportion of rice in the mash, and hopped decisively with sticky icky Australian Galaxy. Fermented with our expressive house Ale yeast, and dry hopped with absolutely cold blooded and calculated quantities of Australian Vic Secret and Enigma. 6.8% ABV. Notes of sweet pink lemonade, cold pressed grapefruit juice, coconut sticky rice, pineapple water ice and a mouthful of all the tropical starbursts.”
