Brewed with a simple base of malted spelt, fermented with our expressive house Ale yeast, and dry hopped time and again with our best Australian Galaxy hops.
You'll get notes of vanilla glazed lychee danishes, Meyer lemon candies, watermelon water ice, freshly pressed peach nectar, and honeysuckle lime agua fresca. Oh baby!

Tired Hands Brewing Co. "DDH Wish Fulfillment"
16 fl. oz can coded "FL, OH, TX, NJ, PA 01/19/2026". Sampled on 03/11/26
Notes via stream of consciousness: It's poured a murky golden body beneath a short head of bright white foam. The label lists the hop as Galaxy, and with that comes aromas of resins, peach, passionfruit, and orange. The taste should follow but let's see - yes, absolutely. The grain bill is a bit different than I'd expected. I thought there would be oats but I'm not finding any. It's very wheaty but not like white wheat, it's more like the deeper flavored red wheat. I was also expecting it to be a little sweeter but it's not, and there's both bitterness and some "hop burn" to it. As for sweetness, however, I am getting an additional note of lychee which is nice. I'm about halfway through the glass right now and although the head has dropped to just a thin collar the lacing is magnificent. It looks like someone sprayed melted marshmallow all around. In the mouth it's medium bodied and gently crisp with a moderate, fine-bubbled carbonation and lots of extra proteins. I sometimes find that if you overdo Galaxy it can give you a bit of a motor oil kind of character from the resins but that's not the case here, this is just classic Galaxy all the way. Nicely done.

Poured from a 16 oz can into a Dogfish Head tulip
L: Completely hazed medium to light golden pour. Big fluffy white head leaves great lacing.
S: Grapefruit and citrus. Melon and tropicals.
T.F: Semi-sweet crackery grains and strong grapefruit/rind. Orange, melon, and mango. Creamy and smooth mouthfeel. Medium to light bodied... moderate hop bitterness. Grapefruit finish.
O: An assertive and fruity DDH take on Wish Fulfillment. I love the fact that this one actually has some bitterness/bite to it which compliments the fruit nicely. Great mouthfeel. Not my absolute favorite Tired Hands beer, but well crafted stuff.
