Pours a matte, completely opaque bordering on sludgy yellow color. Thick 3-finger off-white head formed on the beer and then dissipates right away leaving a small mound of foam on top of the beer. Lots of sticky lacing coats the glass as the beer is consumed.
Aroma has notes of citrus, pineapple, white wine, green grapes, with a light creamy sweetness coming through on the back end.
Taste follows the nose with fruity notes - tropical, orange, white wine, and pineapple - a touch of sweetness gives it this fruity mimosa like quality. Light grassy bitterness on the back end.
Feel is bright, spritzy, vibrant carbonation. Medium bodied. Creamy mouthfeel.
Overall a very nice NE style IPA

Poured from a 16 oz can into a Dogfish Head tulip
L: Opaque peach golden pour. Thick foamy white head leaves great lacing.
S: Grapefruit and citrus mixed with tropical fruit.
T/F: Strong citrus... grapefruit and rind. Tangerine, pineapple, and melon. Grape and white wine... spice, berry, and guava. Smooth and creamy. Medium bodied... modest bitterness.
O: Another outstanding DDH IPA from Tired Hands. I don't have a ton of experience with Enigma hops and really enjoyed this one.
