Not sure this is the correct version, because it says Galaxy. But it also says mosaic. I think maybe it's both. Anyway, it's a 16 oz tall boy can, received through the courtesy and kindness of JayO'Rear, that was canned on March 10, 2021 per the stamp on the bottom of the can (where it also says "Galaxy").
Poured into a shaker style pint glass, this was a yellowish shade of opaque amber, with a good sized off-white head and left lots of lace behind.
Sweet tropical fruits and melons are what the aroma of this beer reminds me of.
Sweet and fruity up front, with a very mild dryness on the back end that just whispers a but if grapefruity bitterness.
Creamy soft mouthfeel. I was surprised to read that oats were not included in the grain bill.
Christ, this goes down easy. The drinkability of this is absolutely mind-boggling. Absolutely no sign of the rather high alcohol content oh, so I feel like if I were able to in a bar somewhere, I can easily drink too many of these. Great stuff! Thanks, Jay!

Deep gold, very cloudy, with a typical TH hazy aroma. Lots of tropical fruit, with a bit of a hop bite and bitterness on the backend. Rich mouth feel.
