Pours a very hazy straw color that approaches turbid and features a dense bone white head that laces the glass beautifully. The nose is pungently dank, which can be off putting to some, but is my sweet spot in IPA’s, so I’m practically slobbering before I take the first sip.

The dank citrus is unrelenting on the taste up front / just a sledgehammer of dank citrus flavors, and then there’s a slightly creamy taste along the way before a really nice piney bitterness finishes things off. Wow, does this hit my palate spot on.

The mouthfeel is on the softer side, per the style, but for me this beer is about the dance between the dank and the creamy and the piney bitterness. Exceptional stuff here, IMHO.

16oz tallboy can courtesy of Jay O'Rear. The stamp on the bottom of the can is smudged, but seems to indicate it was canned on March 2, presumably of this year (it actually kinda looks like it says 20 rather than 21 for the year, but there's no way this is that old).

Milky yellow in color, with a good sized off-white head, and lots of lace.

Citrusy, melon-y and piney nose, in that order.

Fruity (tropical and also a more prosaic citrusyness), melon-y, like in the nose, but a little more pithy in the flavor, with a slight, creamsicle-like sweetness midway through, before ending with a mildly bitter grapefruit dryness.

Quite creamy mouthfeel for the style, due to the oats, no doubt.

Really nice hazy IPA that's helping take the sting out of unfortunate first-half for the Gonzaga Bulldogs. Thank you, Jay!
