Eviscerated Pathway of Beauty (Peach) is a mega drippy-juicy-fruity variation on my personal favorite Double IPA in the entire world. Brewed with a soft and fluffy base of oats, and fermented with our expressive house Ale yeast. Conditioned on a staggering quantity of peach puree, and dry hopped exclusively with our absolute, no questions asked, very best Citra. Notes of peach jolly ranchers, Citra flavored CBD gummies, white peach tea, all stone fruit edible arrangement, and summer loving b/w having a blast.

Slightly more than a fingers worth of vibrant khaki colored froth... color is a hazed exceedingly pale lemon yellow... Nose is a slightly musky peach with a whiff of vanilla... Flavor profile is as expected... Peach is more muted than expected... Vanilla is a bit amped up... Medium bodied... Nice beer all around...

Poured from a 16 oz can into a Dogfish Head tulip

L: Thick opaque medium golden pour. Big fluffy head leaves great lacing.

S: Peach and citrus. Fruit and hops.

T.F: Just like it smells. Semi-sweet... big peach/stone fruit. Tangerine and citrus... drippy. Tea and mango. Super smooth/creamy mouthfeel. Medium bodied and sticky. Modest bitterness. More peach and hops to finish.

O: An outstanding fruited DIPA. I'm not usually a huge fan of adding fruit to IPA's but this one really worked. An elite brew.
