DDH We Are All Infinite Energy Vibrating at the Same Frequency (Simcoe) is a brand new updated version of our Wheat IPA! …Infinite Energy… was our first recurring IPA back in the Spring and Summer of 2013 and was a welcomed staple on our #BrewCafé draft list during a time of intense & frantic creative energy. Brewed with plenty of malted wheat and hopped intensely with Centennial and Simcoe, this batch was then then hit with a heavy heavy second dose of Simcoe which has always been, and ever shall remain, our favorite hop =). Notes of grapefruit taffy, tangerine & peach soda pop, the orange zest glazing on a fresh baked vanilla cake, and pineapple bubblegum.

Pours a cloudy, pale banana skin color with two fingers of foamy, yellowed head. Modest retention gives way to thick lacing.
Peach rings and a little weed in the nose.
A little of the peach fruitiness up front in the taste is quickly replaced by strong grapefruit flesh, a little rind and a hint of pine and even blueberry. Interesting mix of flavors, but the grapefruit is what sticks around most into the aftertaste.
Soft, full-bodied feel with a nice fizz.
I like how this bounces between fruity sweetness and the strong grapefruit. Nice look and feel as well. Fun beer.
