Poured from a 16 oz can dated 4/22/2021 into a Willi Becher pint glass.
L - Pours a hazy orange color with a significant white head that dissipates slowly, leaving a nice ring of lacing on the glass.
S - Smells of vanilla and tropical fruit.
T - Tastes of lime and vanilla.
F - Really creamy, with a medium body and carbonation.
O - I’m really liking the lime and the vanilla together. Very tasty.

From the TH Instagram post: “ Shook is our Lime Milkshake IPA brewed in collaboration with our friends from @garageproject in Wellington, NZ as part of their Hāpi Sessions series. Inspired by a certain lime-flavored (flavoured?) ice cream beverage popular in New Zealand. Built with malted wheat and flaked oats, as well as a touch of lactose sugar and hopped generously with Mosaic and Citra. Conditioned on whole limes and Madagascar vanilla beans, and dry hopped with an abundance of NZ Riwaka, as well as restrained quantities of Simcoe, Sabro and Crystal from the USA. 7.2% abv.

Notes of key lime pie, citrus curd, fragrant gardenia and a trip to the dairy on the corner.”
