In the Dead of Night: Double IPA 8.0% Brewed with a simple base of American two-row barley and flaked oats, and hopped with heavy additions of US Citra and Simcoe. Dry hopped at multiple times throughout fermentation with more of that nice US Citra and Simcoe, as well as New Zealand Riwaka and Australian Galaxy.

Pours a beautifully hazy pineapple color with a white head that laces the glass nicely. Loads of spicy, exotic citrus aromas on the nose, especially passion fruit, grapefruit, pineapple, mango, papaya - a veritable cornucopia of citrus.
That passion fruit is front and center, but the pineapple, mango, and papaya especially are not shy. Really delicious stuff if you enjoy tropical citrus, which I do.
The mouthfeel is full and on the softer side, as expected. Tired Hands keeps rockin’ these out, and I keep enjoying the shiznit out of them.

Poured from a 16 oz can into a Dogfish Head tulip
L: Bright light golden pour with massive fluffy white head. Great retention and lacing.
S: Passionfruit, pineapple, and citrus. Tropical and juicy.
T.F: Just like it smells. Big time citrus and passionfruit. Pineapple, grapefruit, mango, and rind. A hint of tart and modest bitterness. Papaya and peppercorn. Super smooth and creamy. ABV very well hidden. Medium bodied... sticky on the tongue. Lots of tropical fruits to finish.
O: Another outstanding Tired Hands DIPA. Juicy and flavorful... and I love what these guys do.
