From the TH Instagram post: “ Saint Oner’s Joint Community II is a Blueberry & Basil IPA brewed to YOUR exacting specifications, with American two row barley and two different types of oats, and a generous kettle hopping with our best Simcoe. Fermented with a classic American Ale strain, and conditioned on blueberry puree and fresh sweet basil before being heavily dry hopped with our choicest Mosaic. 7.1% ABV. Notes of blackberry jam, raspberry slushee, Thai basil tea, blueberry water ice, and kiwi strawberry soda pop.” Attractive rosy color and tasty.
