From the TH Instagram post: “ Tiny Mansions is a DDH Pale Ale brewed with a really nice grist of American two row barley and flaked white wheat, with a touch of light specialty malt. Hopped with some of our most recent US hop selections and fermented with our darling house Ale yeast, then hit with a heavy dry hop of Cascade, Simcoe, and the highly underrated Crystal (gotta love those delicate floral tones). We’re excited for another summertime crusher to combat this muggy heat. 5.5% ABV. Notes of juicy tangerine wedges, citrus blossoms, those lil honeydew droplets, fresh cut grass, and damp moss found on the forest floor.” Excellent!
