From the TH Instagram post: “ Our Ales for ALS IPA. Birdie was brewed with a hearty malt bill mostly made up of 2-Row and our most pillowy oats. We were given an unbelievable blend of handpicked hops from our friends over at @yakimachief (Simcoe! Ekuanot! Loral! Talus! As well as three yet-to-be-named experimental hops) and decided these would pair perfectly with some Citra and Columbus for an intensely smooth and citrus-forward Tired Hands style IPA. Notes of bright grapefruit sorbet, blueberry gummies, lime leaf and lucious southern-style lemonade.”
