Pumpkin Pie Milkshake IPA is the latest in the ongoing trans-continental riff-fest between ourselves and our beloved buddies from @Ominpollo. Using our evergreen composition of fluffy-flaked and malted oats and a hoppy backbone of Citra and Mosaic, we then loaded up with fresh and pulpy pumpkin puree, extra vanilla, graham cracker and a lil’ dusting of spices. Notes of Pumpkin Spice Latte (no chai), brown sugar and slow churned vanilla ice cream.

I was _mighty_ skeptical of this one, but I'll be damned if it isn't really good. I think what really makes it work for me is that the add junks don't take center stage. It's really just an IPA with some pumpkin pie accents. And they thankfully used a real subtle hand with the spices. Color me impressed. Damn. The beer gods have really smiled on me; nothing but good beer come to my hut of late.
