Brewed with a touch of 2-row and oat and a boatload more than a touch of white wheat and hopped (and dry hopped) delicately with New Zealand Cascade. It’s then conditioned on hills of mandarin and lemon purée before getting dosed with a bit of chamomile. A perfectly soft and wheaty sipper for the perpetual end of eternal summer. Notes of sorghum muffins, orange bubblegum, and lemon coulis.

Finger and a half of tight white bubbles over a clear, orange-ish body. Lemon and tangerine dominate the nose, at least up front. Go back for further whiffs and your typical spicy witbier notes are there as well. Smells pretty great. Tastes more citrusy (right through the finish) than your typical wit whilst still remaining true to style. Light, refreshing and snappy on the tongue. It's a nice twist on a classic style.
