From a can dated 10/19/2023. From the TH Instagram post: “Cerb IPA Remix is the rowdy three-headed twin to the Hand Grenade-inspired Cerb IPA. Cerb IPA Remix busts out of the gate with a bubblegum nose made of candy peach and melon flavors and takes a smooth ride down your taste buds, delivering effervescence and a tangy irreverence. Cerb Remix doesn’t play by the rules, it makes the rules. Built on our blistering base of bodacious fluffy oats and 2-row and hopped and dry-hopped, with Citra, Mosaic, Columbus, Cascade and Chinook. When Cerb barks, it barks loud, when Cerb Remix barks, the people listen. So listen up. Cerb Remix is saying… PEACH! MARSHMALLOW! AND EVEN MORE MELON!!! Drink Cerb Remix, or regret it for the rest of your miserable life. 7.1% ABV.” Certainly creative (as always!), this was too heavy on the marshmallow flavor for me.

Pours a very hazed gold with a thumb of cream-colored head. Sheets of lacing & pretty good head retention
S: Peaches, melons & citrus, hints of vanilla once warm
T: Follows the nose, with some dryness & marshmallow up front. Green melon, marshmallow, passionfruit & nectarine as this beer warms up, a touch of cattyness too. Finishes dry-ish with vanilla, green melon, dryness & a touch of lime
MF: Medium body, slight carbonation. Once the beer warms up, it becomes creamier, nicely balanced
A good & interesting take on the style, drinks very easy
