Ale aged in oak. Double dry hopped with Hallertau Blanc. Brewed in September 2021 and primarily fermented in oak with our Magickal Saison yeast and mixed cultures. Bottled in March 3022 and refermented in the bottle for natural carbonation. Notes of Kaffir Lime, Honeysuckle and agua fresca.

I don't really rate anything a perfect 5, but this is about as close as it gets.
THIS is my style of beer. This is what I want virtually every beer to be like.
So light, so fresh and drinkable. I crushed the whole 750ML in under 20 minutes.
It's high carbonation, and not as much funk as some saisons. I do get some green apple and lemon notes.
