Hop Cream is our beloved marshmallow double IPA brewed with abundance of fluffy and ethereal oats of both the flaked and malted variety. Dry hopped enormously with Galaxy and Simcoe and then conditioned on a plentiful bounty of vegan marshmallow to accentuate the creamy and fuzzy nature of this beer. We then obliterated this one with tons of buzzy, zippy pineapple puree. Notes of pineapple whipped cream, tropical fluff, and pineapple cream popsicles. 8.8% ABV.

16oz can sent my way from @jzeilinger
Poured into a Tired Hands willi becher
P hazy orange w/ a 2f white head, fairly quick recession; med-heavy lace
N med-bold sweet whipped cream w/ hints of pineapple; unique and divine- can't say I've encountered this aroma before on any other beer; could literally smell this all day
T follows nose to an extent; whipped cream, marshmallow, then pineapple; a bit of citrus, and tanginess/zestiness in the finish (kind of a milk sugar/green hops combo); just a touch of heat; hearty bisc malt/flaked oats support; tasty for sure
Mf med-full bodied, med-high carb, light creaminess
O outstanding stuff, all the way around; thanks again, Jeff!

A - Pours an extremely hazy / opaque light medium golden yellow orange color with dense, frothy bright white lacing.
S - Aroma is very vibrant with pineapple, marshmallow, and vanilla lactose.
T - Pineapple, vanilla / marshmallow, citrus, spicy / peppery pineapple rind, and ends with an underlying citrus and floral bitterness.
M - Big medium body with light prickly carbonation
O - This is pretty fantastic, the spicy citrus builds and your palate is trashed by the end of the can. Lots of spicy pineapple rind punch.
