A double dry hopped version of one of our favorites, originally brewed way back at our Humble BrewCafé. Built on a hill of fluffy flaked and malted oats and a touch of wheat. We hopped and dry hopped this batch (and every batch) with out-of-this-world Galaxy and a small dose of Simcoe! Then we double dry hopped it with even MORE Galaxy. Take a Trip!
