Only Void (Tiramisu) is a brand new iteration of our Imperial Stout, Only Void. Brewed with a base of 2-row and oat, a plethora of dark specialty malts, and hopped with Chinook. We then dosed this one with rich chocolate, coffee beans, fragrant vanilla, ladyfingers, and a touch of lactose for that rich mouthfeel. Most of the ingredients of an actual Tiramisu went into the brew! Our brewers are proud of this one, and it's quickly becoming a staff favorite =)

Canned on: 2-19-25 (???)
A - Pitch black pour with a creamy toffee colored creamy lacing ring.
S - Chocolate and chocolate char with vanilla, and a touch of dry breadyness. Overall aroma is strong and enticing.
T - Chocolate malt, some roasty character, vanilla, almond, and a little bit of coffee and lactose. Ends with a nice lingering chocolate / coffee and lactose base with some lingering char on the palate.
M - Big medium body that's silky smooth and a slight bit of warming on the way down.
O - The date stamp appears to be canned in February of this year; the flavor is there but nothing intense.

I really liked it. I was worried about the coffee taste. But there isn’t much. It’s nice and silky and chocolate. Loads of cocoa. Hides the booze well.
