Hearts Once Nourished is our latest, Hyper Hoppy Double IPA. Brewed to celebrate one of our favorite bands, @shaihulud_unincorporated hitting the road once again! Born from a base of 2-row, oat malt, and Vienna malt. Hopped in the kettle with Citra, Mosaic, and Wai-iti hops, then pummeled with a massively saturated dry hop wake of even more Citra, Mosaic, and Wai-iti. The Wai-iti hops lend a unique, lemon-lime character, echoed by Citra and Mosaic, to create a flavor that will cross the line between belief and obsession. Notes of intense Key Lime sorbet, drippy overripe peach, Honeydew melon, and my heart bleeding the darkest blood.

Received a care package from the generous @jzeilinger on 10-16-25. Canned on 9-12-25; consumed on 12-1-25. Cold stored since receiving.
Beer poured hazy orange with a nice white head.
Nose has notes of floral, stone, and citrus centered hops.
Taste is a semi large malt base in which peach is the dominant flavor. Also getting some orange marmalade. Finish is a substantial piney-peach pit bitterness; 7/10 on my bitterness scale.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied with each sip being smooth.
Overall, another tasty DIPA from Tired Hands!
