DDH Found A Scythe (Idaho 7/Sabro) - DDH Nelson Sauvin DIPA - 8.0% - Our first DDH'd variant of Found A Scythe has been hopped heavy! Brewed with a nice portion of red wheat malt and hopped with Nelson Sauvin, as always, to hit that sticky/drippy/sappy character. Double dry hopped with Idaho 7 and Sabro to make it even stickier. Notes of sweet pink cotton candy, orange tea popsicles, and mugolio glaze.

A - Opaque orange golden tan pour with a really dense two fingered layer of creamy, frothy foam that sticks to the glass like glue.
S - Tangerine, citrus, crushed grapes, and some tropical fruit.
T - Some crushed grapes, citrus, a slight shot of tropical fruit, and ends with a nice mix of bitterness resembling tea and some residual fruitiness on the palate after the sip.
M - Big medium body that's chewy and pillowy soft.
O - Solid.
