Notes via stream of consciousness: I should first note that the labels reads 5.0% ABV. It seems to have a fairly high level of carbonation based on the pour. Once topped-up I've got a thumb's width of bright white foam atop a cloudy light golden body. There's definitely a lot of hops in this one as I could smell them quite strong just pouring it into the glass. The aroma is pungent with hop resins, and it's quite with notes of lemon, grapefruit, and orange, and lime. The flavor follows but I have to make a correction regarding the carbonation level - it poured foamy because I've pulled it out of the fridge before it was really cold enough. Back to the taste, it's loaded with citrus and pine, and there has to be some Citra involved, if not dominating as I think it does. There's clearly oats within the malt bill, and probably wheat as well. It's got a some bitterness to it, as well as a little bit of "hop burn", and it finishes dry. In the mouth it's medium bodied on the lower end and gently crisp and smooth due in part to all of the extra proteins. Nicely done.
