TAB TAB TAB is our latest Double IPA, and boy, this is a hoppy one! It starts with a base of 2-row, oat malt, and wheat malt. Hopped in the kettle with Amarillo, and then blasted with a monstrous dry hop of Mosaic, Rakau, Galaxy and Citra! The hop bill on this one lends a little more bite than usual- Citra and Galaxy bring the juice, Rakau adds stone fruit depth, Mosaic ties it all together. Notes of peach sorbet, lemon zest, pineapple hard candies, and super dank greenery.

Received a 16 oz can on 12-19-25 from @jzeilinger. Canned 10-21-25; consumed 1-26-26. Cold stored since received. Thanks, Jeff!
Beer poured hazy light orange with a very nice white head.
Nose has notes of citrus and tropical hops.
Taste is spot on, pale malt base displays grapefruit, pine, orange, and faint mango up front. Back-end aspirations reveal a strong pine and rind bitterness; 8/10 on my scale.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied with each sip so velvety soft and smooth.
Overall, a really well-done IPA, flavorful without being overwhelming yet so perfectly bitter.

A - Opaque milky medium golden tan color with moderately dense, creamy lacing.
S - Peach, pineapple, mango, papaya, and spicy fruit rind.
T - Pineapple, peach, spicy tropical fruit rind, sweet grapefruit, papaya, alot of nice spicy fruit rind, and ends with a pleasing bitterness that sits in the background.
M - Big pillowy soft, chewy body with some slight warming in the back of the throat
O - Really dig the spiciness and gotta love the old school Amarillo, one of my favorites.

From draft at Tired Hands. From the tap list: "TAB TAB TAB is our latest Double IPA, and boy, this is a hoppy one! It starts with a base of 2-row, oat malt, and wheat malt.
