Collaboration with Omnipollo
Another in a long line of psychic collaborations with our former buddies at Omnipollo. This Holidazed edition features our big oat-y base hopped as always with handpicked Citra and Mosaic and brewed with nutmeg, brown sugar, rum extract, lactose and vanilla. Notes of cinnamon apple French toast, Italian rum cake and Pear Tarte Tatin.

Hazy straw/orange color, thin head. Strong chemical-like pine-sol aroma. Sweet cookie flavor, lots of vanilla…nutmeg and cinnamon highlights. But everything is subtle and well held back. Surprisingly well done.
