Canned 11/26/25, into an Ethereal Brewing tulip.
Pours a hazy dark yellow with massive pillowy foam. Aroma is pineapple, grapefruit, marshmallow, and vanilla. Flavor is heavy on the pineapple but surprisingly bitter. There's some vanilla but not nearly as much as I thought there should be. As it warms I get the Dole Whip note the brewery describes, but it's more subtle than I thought it would. There's a lot of black pepper present that kind of obscures the sugars and a heavy dank bitterness on the back end that would balance out any sugars but there's not a ton of sugar here. Definitely plenty of pineapple but a little boozy for my taste. Feel is ok, I would've liked more thickness. Alcohol a little too present.
Overall, this doesn't deliver on what I wanted from Tired Hands, and is a good IPA but not a good milkshake IPA. I'm surprisingly missing sugars and adjuncts and it's just very hoppy and bitter when I wanted fruit and sugar.

A - Hazy medium golden orange pour with dense frothy lacing.
S - Citrus and pineapple are the main event here.
T - Juicy citrus and pineapple, a slight bit of peppery fruit rind (ever so slight), and some small hits of vanilla and cream. Ends juicy resiny and with a bitter citrus bite. The alcohol is definitely present.
M - Medium body with prickly carbonation fighting through the liquid.
O - I wasn't sold on this one at first but it's starting to grow on me.
