Our classic Imperial Stout, conditioned on rich chocolate and Ethiopian coffee beans. Dark and VERY decadent. Notes of chocolate covered Espresso beans, Mocha chip gelato, and Stroopwafels.

Clear, dark brown pour, opaque body; thick, creamy textured head, khaki hued and long-lasting. Phenomenal nose; rich toffee and milk chocolate character with a trace element of coffee. Beautiful taste; bold and complex notes of milk chocolate, bourbon, dark coffee, and brownies. Heavy body; dense and silky with a boozy warmth underpinning.

This is an outstanding whiskey and coffee-centric American imperial stout. It brings intriguing depth and complexity to the palate, is nicely balanced (especially as it warms), and satisfies and multiple levels. Good stuff.
