330ml bottle. Wine glass. Deep ruby color, bourgogne tints to the light. Off-white froth, close & thin crown. Aromas of caramel malts & resins, bready hues, hay, slight cheese odor on the back. Sweet candy upfront swept out by harsh bitterness –hoppy punch-like-. Light body. Moderate but sparkling carbonation. Fruit flavor in the middle is shown as a gentle acidic & bitter juice rounded by citric zest & slight green wood notes. Astringent & long bitter finish. Sharp resins & caramel on the aftertaste. Suggested for high IBU lovers since sometimes unchained resins flow all over .
