The appearance was a orange/brown colored body with a light one finger ed white foamy head that dies within about a minute. Light lacing tries to cling but slides for the most part. The smell starts smelling like an American Amber, but eventually shows the Belgium aspects of a nice light yeasty sweet lightly hoppiness. The taste was mainly sweet but leads to a decent yeastiness, and gives way to the same aftertaste and yet still has a dry finish. On the palate, it sat at/about a light to medium on the body, somewhat sessionable. Carbonation is good for a Belgium Pale Ale and for me Overall, seems like more of a Belgian Pale Ale than a Belgian IPA since I didn’t get enough hops. Still worthy of coming back to.

Poured a clear golden body with one finger of bubbly white head. Overall impression of appearance is of a typical white IPA, quite nice. Scents of grapefruit peel, orange peel, orange flesh, juicy tangerine flesh and light amounts of pine resin and wheat malt. Overall impression of aroma is of a very bright, citrusy white IPA, quite nice. Flavor begins hoppy with notes of grapefruit flesh, peel, and pith, along with notes of orange zest and pine resin with a moderate wheat malt character. Middle continues to be fruity, with further hop bitterness at moderate levels, and a dank hop flavor in the background. Finish is dry with notes grapefruit peel, dank hops, orange zest and tangy wheat. Aftertaste is grapefruit peel and tangy, grainy wheat. Overall impression of flavor is of a very good White IPA. It hits the style quite nicely and is very pleasant. Mouthfeel is medium-light bodied with high carbonation and a resinous feel. Overall impression of flavor is of a good white IPA true to form. Overall this is a fantastic white IPA. It is bright, fruity, bitter, hoppy, yet balanced with an abundance of wheat malt. A good example of the style.
