It certainly is mango flavored. But it reminds me of when I was a kid and my parents would buy Mexican mangos that had such a strong and weird fruity taste I didn't like them. This is intense and fruity and amplified by the alcohol. But the brewers have not scrimped on the hops, but hard to tell if there are hop flavors with the toxic level of fruit. Hot on the tongue and moderately sweet. Overall this is another gas station fuel rod that would be challenging even to the casual buzz seeker. From the 19.2 can purchased at the Scottsdale liquor store dated 10/09/25.

didnt love this one, over fruited to me, quite sweet, and more like something mango flavored, a popsicle or something, rather than the actual fruit, not totally cheap or gross or anything, but its sweet and overly fragrant, perfume-like, dosed, and it comes at the expense of the hops, like its not totally obvious that this is supposed to be an ipa at its core, never had the base beer, so no comparison as far as how much the mango addition has perverted it, but i think its fair to say the hops are sacrificed a bit to the fruit element. near clear, pushing the brassy color family, light orange coming in, with a decent head from the can and lots of bubbles, which help keep this from getting heavy and sticky. the aroma is somewhat floral fruity, easily placed as sweet mango, but more in hard candy form or something, with some compatible orange zesty hops along for the ride, seemingly real light bitterness for an ipa, and some strudy malt adding to the apparent richness of this. it also smells off from fully fresh but i didnt catch a date, lightly metallic maybe. the flavor shows some of that as it warms but starts sweet and mango forward, hops come in the middle, i get some light gin, grapefruit, and clementine character as well, and finally some needed bitterness on the swallow, pushing towards balance but not quite getting there. i dont hate the mango, its just sweet and dominating, and the hops cant catch up. some more metallic tinge at the end, but good bubbles the whole way, and it hits kind of summery and mindless overall. wanted a little more from this, but it has a market im sure...
