Bought this bad boy at Fressay a week after typhoon Hagibis. The tall, classy can and the smooth, easy-going, golden drink make for a great dinner accompaniment.

350 ml can from Kyoto on the train from Osaka to Kanagawa. Repeated on Hokkaido.

A good looking pale lager with a denser white head than average that has good retention and leaves a full coat of lacing with each tip of the glass. The clear pale amber body has excellent clarity.
Mild aroma and flavor, but he flavor is clean, well balanced, and does not seem to be watered down or heavily influenced by alcohol esters, as in lesser pale lagers.
Overall: good version of the style.
