On tap at the brewery Bier Garden in Sapporo. Served in a large mug ("jug").
A golden body with extraordinary clarity: it sparkles in the Five Star mug. Very good white head.
Aroma: medium toast and light hops.
Flavor: more hoppy and hop forward than the aroma suggests. Medium bitterness. Clean if a bit earthy. Lingering hops.
Medium-light body with medium carbonation.
