I guess I have a quite different taste from others but I liked this beer. This is a Fall Limited Edition (had the 2018 version) and as the "baisen" suggests in the name, it is (made with) roasted (malts).
The color is a quite rich amber (especially for a commercial brew) and the aroma already suggests that it is more than your average Euro Lager. And here is one more thing I disagree with: it is not a simple lager but rather a Strong Lager. It has hints of that slightly sweet roasted maltd that you have in English Barley Wines, which is great.
I did not find anything to complain about this beer. I am already looking forward to it again next year - if it comes back to the stores.
