'YEBISU Creative Brew Wakana,' is the ninth installment in its innovative Creative Brew line. The elegant taste of three types of domestic hops: the traditional Japanese variety "Shinshu Hayao" and the traditional hop lineage "Little Star", and the rising star "Furano Magical" that may surprise the world. It is added in three stages to bring out the individuality of the three types of domestic hops with different characteristics, and is brewed with Ebisu yeast to create a powerful and elegant taste.

Clear amber brew with plenty of foam in the Hokkaido pilsner glass. Aroma is fruity and floral. Taste is rather sweet with a sharp finish. The hops are quite fragrant with unusual smells rather than the usual citrus. Sudsy and sharp on the tongue. Flavors of ripe apricot, peach, and something green like asparagus. Mild astringency and moderate bitter aftertaste with the woody and peachy note in the nose. You could call this a hoppy Lager for sure. From the 350 ml can brought home from Japan. Dated 2025/08.
