Copenhagen 17/3 2021. 33 cl bottle from Brygshoppen web-shop. Deer with an impressive set of antlers on the label.
Pours murky amber with a small white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet, almost sugary odor of dark fruit and fermentation. Light funky touch. Brown sugar, plum, raisins and alcohol. Cellar with hints of milk gone sour.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, sticky, slightly viscous, oily texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a boozy undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is sugary with a light alcohol streak.
Sweet, solid boozer. Like sipping a liqueur.
