Copenhagen 19/3 2021. 75 cl bottle from Brygshoppen webshop. Light green label with a Dragonfly traversing a leaf.
Pours opaque, hazy, golden yellow with a bubbly mid-sized white head. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a rather strong and sharp sour odor partially mellowed by a modes sweet, fruity scent. Sour green apples, citrus and vinegar. Sour gooseberries peeking in. Light sweet scent of oxidized apples.
Light carbonation. Thin, watery, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong sourness. Aftertaste is sour and slightly acerbic. Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry.
Wine-like and sour with a dry palate. A bit flat and thin in the aftertaste.
