A thirst-quenching beer par excellence. This blond beer is brewed with wheat, which gives it a slightly cloudy straw colour. It has strong citrus aromas of orange and lemon and a slightly bitter finish. It contains 6% alcohol by volume.

Copenhagen 5/9 2021. 33 cl bottle brought home from Belgium by my in-laws. Aerial photo of a Belgian village on the label.
Pours unclear, pale yellow with a mid-sized, dense white head. A bit bubbly. Settles thin, patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet fruity odor mingling with Belgian yeast. Sweet banana and orange. Marzipan. Whiff of musty cellar.
Strong carbonation. Slightly thick, watery, soft yet lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is lightly bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Semi-dry finish.
Solid Belgian blonde.
