Unsure if this sample was from a bottle or from a keg. It was hazy orange in color. Strong Simcoe hoppiness but I was unsure where I was getting a sort of "off" note. Maybe the yeast isn't doing it for me. Flavor is a Simcoe bomb, too. Bitter with a medium body. I did not enjoy it all that much but if you're looking for a Simcoe-bomb, here it is.

Solid IPA, but I wanted more juiciness from a Brewmaster Jack brew!

Solid beer, ran into the carbonation issues people have been talking about. Solid beer but not my favorite by BMJ

Poured into a pint glass from a 22oz
Look: Hazy orange in color, way too much head, barely pourable. Got 1/4 beer the rest head
Aroma: Citrus
Taste: Pine right away, Followed by citrus and grapefruit. Not overly bitter, good balnce between hops and malt, but so over carbonated it mutes the flavors
Mouthfeel: Like i said, way over carbonated. Other than that, medium-light body. very dry for an ipa
Overall: I would've thought this bottle was just a bad egg but had the HES: Mosaic a couple weeks back and had the same issue with carbonation. I usually like brewmaster jack beers, this was really disappointing
