From the 12. fl. oz. bottle dated 030216. Sampled on July 17, 2016 so it is over 3 months old.

Good looking Pilsener pale yellow pour under a carbonated white foamy head.

Aroma of toasted biscuit and bread, grass, and a kind of overripe fruit note.

Light to medium body, which is appropriate for the style.

The taste has the same toasted bread flavor at first and a grassy hop finish but there is something a little less appealing along the lines of olive oil. I love olive oil but not in my beer. It might be due to the age of this bottle.

Last bottle of a six pack and I think I gave one away so this would be my fifth time around this block.

A- Clear and very pale golden-yellow brew out of the 12oz into my glass. The liquid is crowned by a one finger, white foamy cap with good retention; eventually dying to a thick puffy belt at the edges. Large sheets of lacing and some webs too.

S- Toasty, raw-grainy pilsener malts off the top pale slightly in comparison to a fruity, estery yeast profile with apple and pear coming to mind. Hops are grassy/spicy and somewhat herbal/floral rounding out a balanced aroma.

T- Follows the smell with a general balance of malts, yeast and hops all noticeably represented. One major difference I notice is a slight tangy, mineral saltiness that seems to accentuate a raw melon hint along with the apple and pear esters. Cereal grains, raw base barley, bready malts and grassy hops.

MF- On the light end of the spectrum but very crisp and smooth. High end carbonation promotes a consistency between foamy and creamy. A tad bitter and tart.

Another good brew from possibly the most local brewery to me distance-wise. It is comforting to know that a local brewery can provide a solid Pils, Quad and countless IPAs. Somewhat simplistic but balanced and flavorful with fruit esters, spicy hops and Pils grains being some highlights. Keep them coming Tyler.

One of the better pilsners I've had in a while. Bottled in June and the freshness was apparent in both aroma and taste. Poured a nice straw/light golden color with minimal head. Nice balance of malt with a kiss of hops and a clean finish. Looking forward to my next one - a great offering from a strong label.

Pours an orangy light amber. thinnest layer of head disappears quickly.stream of tiny bubbles persists. smells like bready malt and sour cherry, not unpleasant but mild enough that i thought of a small beer made from a sour. Sourness not as prevalent in the taste but still there, along with a little saltiness. Nice malt, gets a little more biscuity, almost butter cookie. Feel? a little wet for a czech pilz but smooth, a tasty enough beer but a miss, not sure what it wants to be and i can't make up its mind.

I found that this beer gets more enjoyable with warming. I started out at a colder temp,
and as the beer warmed, the full flavors were more pronounced.

Look: a light golden color with a 2F head in a Pilsener. Carbonation bubbles from the bottom.

Aroma: very fruity- quite nice- malty.

Mouth Feel: very carbonated, tart.

Taste: Fruity, earthy.

Finish: Spicy, fruity .

Overall: an excellent Pilsener. As the beer warmed, it started to grow on me.
I enjoy this style. This is different approach than the Notch Polotmavy Lezak, which I also like very much. Two excellently brewed Pilseners from Massachusetts.

Shallow head that leaves only a couple of spots. Deep gold color. No haze.

Smell half raw grain, half pale malt. Smooth with a nearly imperceptible hop ending.

More raw grain than the smell indicates, but the hop is more pronounced in the swallow. The swallow is not very biting; it even has a bit of fruitiness to the aftertaste. The body is very full for this style. Good carbonation.

I can really enjoy a good pilsner if done right, esp a Czech one, and these guys are doing some good stuff so hopefully this strikes a chord.Bottled April 2015.

Pours a light fizzy head that fades fairly quickly, crystal clear honey wheat color.

Nose starts with a nice straw toasted grain, a little mineral note, chalky like earthy mineral, that quicky fades to fruity lager notes, very fruity apple like notes, back to faint cereal grains and touches of grassy hop.

Taste brings light cereal grains, toasty straw and grassy malt flavors, no sweetness, a dry cracker like straw and cereal, etc. Then grassy hops kick in, mild grassy hops with a bit of bitterness. A touch of a mineral note again, again chalky earthy mineral thing and touch of saltiness. Then back to mild fruity lager notes, a touch fruity this time. A touch of a tanginess, mixed with the hint of salty note and cereal wheat like straw it's a lot like a gose. Finish is dry as throughout, a hint of grassy hop fades very quickly, a touch more mineral note, and hint of a little cereal malt lingering.

Mouth is lighter bod, decent but lighter carb, little crisp.

Overall eh, probably my least fav beer from these guys so far. Sorry to say it's not done very well, didn't seem to lager very well, very light in all aspects even the ones that shouldn't be, decent malts but not great, even a touch of a tangy note with the salty note more like a gose than a Czech pils. Not a solid beer all around.
