Poured into a becher pint glass, the appearance was a golden burnt orange color with a quickly dissipating finger’s worth of white foamy head. Thin messy lacing. The aroma starts off with sweet to bitter citrus rind, nice level of resin, and transfers the balance of bitterness to the pineapple juice, semi-sweetly. The flavor blends the sweet and bitter piney hops to the citrus rind, fair amount of bitter and hits the pineapple juice to try and balance. Citrus rind and pineapple sort of aftertaste. Crisp citrus, rind and pineapple in the finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Moderate carbonation. Nice level of bitterness. Overall, good AIPA with Brewmaster Jack creativity. I’d have this again.

16 oz. can
Pours hazy golden amber with a creamy frothy white foam head. Smells like apricot, candied papaya, pineapple, orange citrus, grapefruit, nutty bready malts, with floral earthy herbal grassy pine. Tastes like apricot, candied papaya, fresh pineapple, orange citrus, grapefruit, some nutty bready malts, with bitter floral earthy herbal grassy pine. Feels medium bodied, creamy with moderate carbonation. Overall a nice IPA with pineapple juice.

Poured from an undated can into the modified tulip glass.
A - Clover honey yellow, dainty carbonation, meanders upward, a slick series of cirrus clings to the glass.
S - Aged dried pineapple, baguette, and a kiss of lemon, papaya, and orange peel.
T - Candied fruit, mango, peach, and papaya, sweet malts, blend pretty well.
F - Slick on the palate, sweet strike right down the middle, linger moves toward bitter.
O - A rugged IPA with some balance issues, with so many offerings these days, I wont be seeking this out again
Cheers

Name sounds like a Hill Farmstead style name, for some reason no date on the can which is very strange.
Pours a decent fizzy bubbly almost 1 finger head that fades at a med pace, decent lacing, very clear honey orange blond color.
Nose explodes from far back wit hops, some galaxy tropical fruit out front, bit mango, papaya, pineapple, a little citrus, but very quickly comes the green onion pine sap thing, icky mosaic, dank resin onion, i bit of a toasted grainy malt.
Taste brings a mix as well, crackery toasted grainy malt base, a little sweetness, quickly into big hops, pine sap and resin with green onion mix with tropical fruits, papaya, mango, pineapple, maybe even a banana mixed into the smoothie, but so is the pine sap and onion, thankfully not much this time, finishes drier but sticky and a hint of booze warmth, lingering spicy chewy almost herbal hop, with more pine, sap, resin, and mild tropical skin notes.
Mouth is med bod, decent carb.
Overall meh, the base malt is ok at best, the galaxy tries to come through but seems to be squashed by the horrible mosaic. Why?!
