Flavors of citrus from Galaxy and Mosaic hops are complemented by the slightest addition of pineapple juice (less than 0.1% by volume).

My first (trying something new) Brewmaster Jack. Freezer chilled pour leads to a pineapple aroma as advertised. Very smooth drinking and I liked the tart aftertaste. Put a creamy shot in the pour and you'll have a concoction!

Bomber from Tavour. Hazy, dark golden pour. Rough pour yields a huge, dense head which gradually subsides. Aroma and taste are spot on for an IPA, solud malts and some piney, citrus bitterness. Pineapples. Nut not quite NEIPA, at least not too me. Body and feel are great, bringing out some of the best qualities in this brew.Note: it's quite a sediment load at the bottom of this bottle, which I didn't detect early enough. Got a lot of gunk at the bottom part of pour, but it also made it a little bit more bitter and a little bit more tart. Suggest giving the bottle of swirl or two prior to opening.

Appearance: Hazy yellow with medium to full bubbles to the body with a white head rising a notch over a finger's length off the body. Heavy stickiness to the glass which maintains after a few sips.

Smell: Heavy citrus and smooth malts but light aroma.

Taste: Sweet citrus but heavy floral which overcomes some of the spicy foods I'm pairing with it. Lemongrass undertone and sweet pineapple with a spoonful of hops.

Mouth: Chewy and I say this maybe because of the extra carbonation the beer has, full body but not too much stickiness.

Overall: Descent brew, definitely above average and super thirst quenching. If it crosses your eyes definitely grab it...salud!

A- Tallboy into a tulip-snifter glass with a fairly hazy golden body and a one finger foamy white head. The head retention is decent and a few small webs of lacing wrap around the glass.

S- Dank and hoppy all the way with a very strong and pungent hop filled aroma. Grapefruit juice instantly comes to mind as well as strong citrus hops with the dank herbs, pineapple, mango, peach and juicy stone fruits. Nectar.

T- The dank and juicy vibe from the aroma carries over and this brew really has some great hop depth on the palate. A very well balanced blend of citrus, dank, tropical and stone fruit hops. Beyond that there are hints of underripe apricots, clementine, tangerine, lime, pale base grains, bread and melon.

MF- Medium bodied brew with a hefty creamy texture and a high level of carbonation. Silky and very smooth and it ends with a nice clean bitterness.

Brewmaster Jack with another good hoppy brew and one that I am super happy that I found really fresh by chance. The pineapple flavor is there but it is hard to tell if it is from the juice or from the hops but either way this one is loaded with citrus, tropical, stone fruit and dank hop flavors.

no canning date?
Pours a decent foamy slight creamy almost 1 finger head that fades at a med pace, not bad for the abv, a bit of lacing, semi clear slight hazed golden yellow color

Nose big sweet candy malt, pineapple but the gummy sugar coated pineapple candy like, a little citrus and generic tropical, that's about it, fairly one dimentional

Taste brings more pineapple, again candied pineapple with syrup like they kind you get on top of an ice cream sundae, candy sweet malts, sugar syrup, a bit of light almost green citrus like unripe orange clementine, a bit spicy hop, again that's about it, fairly simple but not great, driier finish, bit of alcohol tingle, sharp pineapple and spicy hops lingering

Mouth is med bod, some warming tingly alcohol late, even the carbonation is a bit light

Overall meh, nothing really good about this, even the pineapple juice was like candy syrup on the big syrupy malts, alcohol was not really hidden, hops were bland, not sure if it's old but I purchased it recently, but without a canning date no way to tell. Either way this was a boring sweet bland beer.

Not sure what's going on with Brewmaster Jack. When they first came out all their beers were amazing, really loved their stuff. Lately they've been really going the other direction.

Pours a very hazy burnt orange color reminiscant of passion fruit juice. Very little head and little lacing.

Pineapple and passion fruit immediately fill the air. Caramelized sugar, candied tropical fruits, and a small hint of ginger follow up.

Tastes of citrus peels, pine, grapefruit are predominately present. The pineapple is subtle but there and tastes mixed with tangerines. An even more subtle hint of sweet mango is present before the finish. Bitter hops linger after every sip mixed with a boozy, alcoholic taste.

Medium body with medium low carbonation. The carbonation leaves a bit of tingle behind. I feel a bit of stickiness after every sip.

Not a bad pineapple DIPA. I wish there could be more present up front but not enough to overpower. This isn't a juice bomb and drinks more like a traditional DIPA. It definitely is a good offering from Western Massachusetts and I'm glad I've had it.
