Brewed with guava, tangerine, vanilla beans, and Citra hops. Citrus aromas dominate the nose; notes of tropical fruit mixed with the unmistakable bouquet of Citra. The first sip is brimming with palate-filling flavors of guava and tangerine. Our use of vanilla was restrained, adding to the complexity but not so much as to subdue the fruit aromas.

Poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a stifled semi-cloudy burnt orange color with a quiet top of white foamy head. And when it decided to subside, it just seemed to leave without a whisper (really nice to look at), just a little bit of messy lace.
The aroma had some sweet tangerine pulp, guava flesh, juicy orange and subtle vanilla creaminess.
The flavor was mainly sweet throttling all of the previously mentioned aromas together and kicking out any sense of bitterness may have been wanted. Long sugary aftertaste of tangerine pulp and guava flesh.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Carbonation felt low enough but somehow seemed like it would have been needed to assist in extracting something more, perhaps some bitterness. There's nothing cloying in this beer. The finish exacted the same amount of sweetness that rotates through the flavor.
Overall, everyone's doing milkshake IPA's these days but not everyone is doing them correctly. This is one I don't see myself coming back to.

Can code but can't determine date.
Pours a medium fizzy bubbly head with lower retention and little lacing, hazy cloudy but not opaque apricot yellow-orange color
Nose tons of juicy fruit, very tropical, mango, guava, tangerine, peachy stone fruit, juicy orange, lactose, very light vanilla, very little doughy malt
Taste gritty doughy malt, crackery, then big fruits, some real and some artificial tasting, lots of tropical again, canned guava paste, passion fruit, tangerine and candied orange, light stone fruit in the background, lactose, a little vanilla, light bitterness
Mouth is med bod, medium light carb, a little creamy juicy
Overall meh, not a style I really think should exist, but I wanted to give Brewmaster Jack a try and thankfully better than most as it's not a milky papery oxidized lactose mess, but still not something I'd drink more than a little of.

Not what I expected. My first milkshake IPA. It just tasted like a New England IPA. Nice fruity flavor. Only mildly hazy. Solid beer but did not blow me away with deliciousness.

16oz. can served in a tulip. Pours a lovely burnished orange with a loose, quarter inch, off-white head. Clarity is fairly translucent for the style. Nose expresses is fairly unassuming - definitely some citrus and tropical fruit notes; however, difficult to discern specifics. Flavors are pretty bland - perhaps some watery vanilla as well as earthy/herbal notes. Mouthfeel is light-medium in body (closer to light), with a mild, even carbonation. All and all, pretty disappointing given the description on the can.

16 oz can into IPA glass. No date.
Look is nice hazy yellow with orange hue. Smell is guava and citrus. Taste is tangerine at the top and a dry ending. Feel is light to medium. Overall a very nice milkshake IPA. Not overdone with sweetness. Very well done.
