I bought a can of the at the beer store in Brantford whilst in Canada for my son's hockey tournament. It poured a hazy orangish with thin white head that is not leaving any lace. The scent had hints of lemon. The taste is nicely balanced and easy to drink. There was slight bread base with slight citrus bitterness. The Mouthfeel is lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it's a solid beer.

A-Golden yellow with a white head that dissipates quickly
S-Not too much in the aroma department, smells like yellow Pilsner
M-Quite watery and not much body
T-Light and refreshing taste, subtle malt and sweetness. Bitterness comes in at the end and is mellow and dry
O-I had hopes for this beer as it is advertised as dry hopped, but alas my instincts were correct in assuming this was just a ploy to seem trendy, because the end result was a straight forward Pilsner

Appearance - Looks wise, this beer has everything but a lasting head. It poured a deep clear gold color with a finger of foamy white head that faded quickly leaving a small amount of lacing over top. Carbonation doesn't look particularly lively either to be honest, just a few big bubbles.
Aroma - the aroma started off right with floral leafy and slightly spicy hops but then I got a big wiff of what appears to be ginger. I guess well see. It does have a bready background though. smells alright but not what I expected.
Taste - The flavor starts out with a leafy bitterness which is followed up by grassy/hay like hops. then there is still a sweet/spicy character almost like ginger but now im thinking its just a reaction from a sugary flavor with the spicey hops. Very biscuity on the back end.
Feel -Light bodied without much carbonation almost feels like water. Definitely easy drinking!
Overall - This is one of those same marks across the board beers. I mean is it an ok beer? yes is it a good pilsner, not really. I was hopeing for better but this brewery seems to constantly bring me down when it comes to buying their beers again. The problems is the make ok beer, but were in a world where I can get better for less money!

Best before Aug. 2016.
Bright orange body with a frothy, bubbly head. Biscuity malt and lightly hoppy, creamy. Expected more bite from a dry hopped pils but certainly easy to drink.

A frothy, two finger, off-white head quickly forms after a steady pour. Its portion of wheat helps it to retain nicely, leaving generous, thick legs of lace behind. There's a soft haze to its golden amber body. An active level of carbonation is visible.
A worty, dextrin based sweetness mixes with some toasted cereal grains. A dry, doughy, cracker-like character gives the nose some depth. A subtle orange zest pokes through as well. Its hop character is floral, a bit grassy and fairly muted.
Its worty, grainy sweetness comes through first but is quickly overtaken by a dry earthy and floral bitterness. Underneath lies the soft cracker and dough character. The finish is more coarse, where both its dryness and bitterness are furthered. Chewy cracker prevails in the end.
The body is undercarbonated with a bit more fluff than your standard Pilsner, coming from the wheat. It's light on its feet and its dryness adds to its refreshment.
This is a quaffable Pilsner, void of any off-flavours. It's below average level of carbonation and tamed nose is what took away from its redeeming qualities for me. With "Dry Hopped Pilsner" printed on the top of the can, I was expecting more hop character and complexity in its aroma. It's not a bad beer, but I'd take their Fire in the Rye over this.

Not bad as a European style lager. Went flat very quickly

Pils taste is dominant. Great hops presence. Quite light.

A nice pilsner... Nothing crazy, though. Has a more ale like aroma (slightly fruity) but finishes snappy and is pretty refreshing. A good one for this hot weather! Nice lacing and look, but aroma and taste fall short. Feel is light with moderate-high carbonation.
